Kathy Turner is the Director of Grants at Lewis and Clark Community College and serves as a grant writer and fundraising advisor on the NGRREC staff. Kathy has been with LCCC since 2005 where she also is an adjunct faculty member for the Speech Communications Department. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and has more than 20 years of experience in development, fundraising and public relations in higher education.
