Dr. Dale T. Chapman has served as the President of Lewis and Clark Community College since 1992 and has been employed by the College since 1988. He acts as chair of the National Great Rivers Research and Education Center.

Dr. Chapman received his doctorate in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University in 1986. He earned a master’s degree from Michigan State University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Chapman’s career in higher education spans four decades.

Dr. Chapman is involved in numerous board and leadership positions as well as committees for local organizations and groups. He also has served on state-wide affiliations.
